On 17 September 2026 the HUMANBIZ team was at our partner Greenham in Tongala for the plant's September Business Updates. The whole site came together in the hall — every shift and every department — for an update on how the business is travelling and what the coming months look like for the Tongala operation.
Two moments stood out for us. The first was a Values Award presented on stage to a member of the Tongala team, a reminder of the standard of people who work on this site. The second was hearing HUMANBIZ mentioned by name when Greenham spoke about the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme: our first Papua New Guinean cohort has been working at Tongala since July, and it was good to see that partnership acknowledged in front of the whole plant.
